Job Description
Purpose of the Job:
To verify data by comparing it to source documents, and check for any discrepancies or errors before entry. Organize and maintain files and databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Job Requirements
Education and Experience Required
Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Information Technology and any related fields.
Experience in related fields is preferable.
Certification or License Required
No
Ability and Skill Required
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
Decision making skills, sense of judgment and balanced perspective.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Time management skill
Self-motivation and self-discipline
Attention to detail.
Communication skills.
Ability to handle and process large amounts of data.
Fast typing skills: Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred.
