Front Office TL

The NOC-FO position deals with 24-hour surveillance and first-level operations and maintenance of Mobile Networks 
1- Perform network surveillance and first level fault troubleshooting of Network Nodess. Alarm List Viewer, Alarm Handling and Remedy for trouble ticket with Follow up till it closure.
2- Perform network surveillance and first level fault troubleshooting of NE including Node-Bs and RNC with the use of Huawei tool
3- Escalate faults to back office and field maintenance. Faults which cannot be resolved at first level are escalated to back office and field maintenance engineers for further troubleshooting and resolution.
4- Perform shift routines and prepare daily and weekly reports on network faults, activities and T.T report Daily.
5- Perform BTS and BSC parameter modifications in support of NOC back office (in critical cases).
6- Audit in all T.T Opened daily with report at night Shift.

Overall responsible for FO Operations
Ensure all TTs are created on time
Ensure 24x7 monitoring all telecom network service
Schedule shift plan, assess the team training needs
Facilitate Tools, Training and Staff appraisal
Process and Procedure enforcement
Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs
Alarm trend analysis and improvement actions
Reporting to management and interdepartmental communication.

Education and Major requirements
BSC Degree in Electrical, Communication, and Computer Engineering 
Project Experience 
Related experience on NOC, FO, Alarm Monitoring, Ticket Management and Field Management 
Language Skill 
Good speaking and writing skills in English and local languages 
Skills or Certificate Requirements
Reporting and analytical skills and Good Communication skills and must have Experience in NOC, FO
