Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
Lead initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Able to develop and formulate workable HR policies, manuals and procedures
Employee Relations:
Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations matters
Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
Advice and support managers in conducting performance reviews.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Foster a learning environment to enhance employee skills and capabilities
. Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Mitigate potential risks through proactive compliance initiatives.
HR Technology:
Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Stay abreast of emerging HR tech trends and assess their relevance to the organization.
Leadership and Team Development:
Lead and mentor the HR team working in different locations /sights.
Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide guidance and support for career development within the HR departmentJob Requirements
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors or masters degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Development or a related field
Experience: 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on creating an enabling work environment
Competency/Prerequisites:
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a specific emphasis on fostering an inclusive and supportive culture.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and well-being programs.
Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and best practices and experiences in factory workers management.
