Junior Accountant

Our company ZY Industry PLC is engaged in the field of mining and it is a company that is helping the construction work in our city by producing gravel products and supplying them to various private construction companies and government institutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payments and documents such as checks, Payment vouchers, invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements
• Preparing monthly payroll sheet, Review payroll journals for accuracy and prepare related payroll accounting entries.
  
• Determine content and assemble data in order to prepare monthly reports for review
  
• Provide assistance to all staff services such as travel, expense claims, document retrieval,
  
• Collecting daily bank payment and deposit advice and monthly bank statement
  
• Filing and keeping all financial documents
  
• Collecting financial documents from production site and filing properly
  
• Assist senior accountants with reviewing of expenses and payroll records
  
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings processes
  
• Perform other related duties as required.
  

Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting/ Accounting & Finance
  
• 1 and above years of experience
