Ethiopian Quality Award Organization is seeking interested applicants for the following position:

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to Social Sciences (especially Marketing, Journalism and Communication, Political Science and International Relations, Theatrical Arts, Business Administration, etc.), Natural Sciences (especially Information Technology), or other relevant fields.

Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience for candidates with a Bachelor's degree, and 2 years for candidates with a Master's degree.

Job skills:

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to develop marketing and promotion strategies.
• Excellent public relations skills, including the ability to express ideas through broadcast media and prepare various magazines and articles.
• Advanced skills in creating magazines, brochures, and other publications.
• Excellent ability to devise innovative marketing and promotion approaches.
• Strong market innovation skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Amharic and English.
• Sufficient knowledge of digital marketing.
• Advanced computer knowledge and skills, including the ability to create online registration formats.
