ABOUT THE POSITON:

The Junior Marketing and sales officer will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and promoting the Inventory Management System. They will assist in creating marketing collateral, supporting digital and offline marketing channels, and building relationships with key stakeholders to drive the adoption and success of the system.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBLITIES

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to position and promote our Inventory Management System effectively.

Conduct market research to identify target customers, including corporate companies, importers, wholesalers, and organizations with specialized inventory management needs.

Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including case studies, success stories, whitepapers, and educational materials.

Support digital and offline marketing channels to reach the target audience effectively.

Assist in preparing presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our Inventory Management System.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and nurturing efforts.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to support marketing strategies and product enhancements.

Develop a thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing, and apply them to marketing campaigns.

Utilize market research methods to gather insights and identify opportunities for promoting our Inventory Management System.

Demonstrate exceptional communication and writing skills to create compelling marketing content.

Showcase digital knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suites for effective marketing communication.

Display commercial awareness and a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing approaches.

Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing team and overall company goals.

• University degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field from accredited university or college

Experience and Technical competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes and challenges faced by businesses in managing their inventory effectively.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills to create engaging marketing content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites for effective marketing communication.
• Digital knowledge and the ability to leverage digital marketing channels in campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong drive to contribute to the team's success.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing.
