Job Responsibilities:

• Accepting customer orders; notify you of different or new items; Answering questions and accepting orders
• Grinding and preparing coffee; Preparation of various hot and cold drinks; Customer service
• Preparation of packaging of food and beverages for sale
• Selling coffee, tea and various coffee makers
• Explaining the difference between items and educating customers about coffee brewing methods of work;
• Cleaning and refurbishing our equipment and dining areas;
• Waste disposal
• About fermentation methods to improve food quality; Learning drink combinations and presentation strategies
• Beautifying the presentation to attract customers
• Working as part of a high powered team

Qualifications:

• 10+3 or 4 diploma in food preparation, hospitality level or grade 12 equivalent
• No previous barista experience
• Great desire to learn about the coffee industry
• Exceptional ability to listen and communicate quickly
• Able to stand, walk and work for long hours
• Morning and evening; Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays plus holidays and busy hours
• Polite and friendly behavior
• Willing to work in a fast-paced work environment
