Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve the company's growth objectives. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

7-10 years of proven experience in telebirr sales or marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent knowledge of telebirr sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.

Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to inform business strategies.
