Sales and Marketing Director (telebirr)
Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve the company's growth objectives. This role involves leading and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships. The Sales and Marketing Director will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and expansion into new markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance the company's reputation and drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
7-10 years of proven experience in telebirr sales or marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent knowledge of telebirr sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to inform business strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in using telbirr sales and marketing tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
