Job Description
Seeking a proactive Tender Acquisition Specialist to drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and preparing tenders in alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring tender platforms, collaborating with internal teams, managing submissions, and fostering stakeholder relationships
Main Duties and Responsibility
- Identify and acquire tenders through proactive monitoring of relevant platforms.
- Research tender requirements and deadlines, prioritizing opportunities aligned with
- Company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and prepare
- Comprehensive tender documents.
- Coordinate timely submission of tender documents and follow up on submissions.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 4 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on tender acquisition.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management software/tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
