Supply Chain Administrator

Procurement and Sourcing: The supply chain administrator is responsible for sourcing and procuring raw materials required for the production of beverages. This involves identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Inventory Management: A supply chain administrator is in charge of maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet the demand for the products. This involves forecasting demand, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with production and sales teams to avoid stock shortages or excess.

Logistics and Transportation: The supply chain administrator oversees the transportation of raw materials and finished products. They must ensure that the transportation process is cost-effective, timely, and meets all safety standards.

Cost Management: As the supply chain administrator, is responsibilities to manage costs and find ways to improve the supply chain's efficiency. This involves analyzing data, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing strategies to achieve cost savings.

Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers is crucial for a successful supply chain. The supply chain administrator must ensure that the suppliers are meeting quality and delivery standards while also negotiating favorable terms for the company.

Education:

• BA Degree in Engineering, Logistic, and supply chain or any other related field from a recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supply chain Administrator role in FMCG.
