Job Summary:

As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of mobile applications built using React Native. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of React Native applications.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end components using React Native.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across different devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and recommend improvements to the development process.
• Participate in the agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Knowledge of native iOS and Android development (Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a plus.
