Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Assistant to join our team in the coffee industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant work experience and possess fluent English language skills (speaking, writing, listening). A willingness to undergo training in sampling, cupping, labeling, and roasting, specifically related to coffee physical evaluation, is essential.
Responsibilities
- Participate in field trips for business trips and surveys related to coffee trade.
- Assist in documentation, shipment control, and attending stuffing procedures related to coffee.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations in all aspects of coffee processing.
- Adhere to quality standards and procedures in handling coffee products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace to meet industry hygiene standards.
- Provide support in various operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
