General Manager

INTAPS Consultancy Private Limited Company, is a software engineering company incorporated in Ethiopia in the year 2000 E.C, since its incorporation the company is engaged in development and implementation of major enterprise software solutions.

Gross salary: 50,000 birr during the first six (6) month performance evaluation period, based on positive evaluation result a salary increment will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relations.

• Oversees day-to-day operations.

• Oversee restructuring, recruitment.

• Ensure employees are motivated and productive.

• Design strategy, process and set goals for company growth.

• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.

• Prepare regular reports for INTAPS board.
