Treasure Manager

• Oversee forecast cash flow positions and related borrowing requirements.
• Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
• Assessing borrowing needs, negotiating terms, and managing debt obligations.
• Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
• Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting
• Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the organizations billing programs
• Maintain strong communications with banks and other financial service providers
• Develop treasury reporting dashboards appropriate for various stakeholders and track KPIs
• Manage excess operating cash to obtain optimum interest revenue
• Oversee electronic cash receipt and cash disbursement processing and accounting
• Oversee daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting
• Monitor regular compliance with loan agreements
• Lead in identifying risk, developing complex mitigation strategies
• Manage FX and interest-rate risk

EDUCATION

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or business required
• MSc Degree or advanced degree in Accounting and finance is preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance and treasury operations of which at least three years in a supervisory role.

KNOWLEDGEREQUIRED

• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practices
• Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting and relaxed accounting
• Strong financial modelling is important
• Proficient with MS Office Suite including strong Excel skills and Experience with ERP Systems.
