Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Travel Promoter to join our team. The Medical Travel Promoter will be responsible for promoting and facilitating medical tourism services, connecting patients with healthcare provider abroad, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the medical travel process. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our medical travel services.
• Promote referral treatment plans and packages to patients seeking medical travel abroad.
• Coordinate medical appointments, treatments, and procedures for clients at partner healthcare facilities. Liaise with medical professionals and hospitals to ensure seamless scheduling and delivery of services.
• Communicate effectively with potential medical travelers to understand their healthcare needs, provide detailed information about available medical services and facilities.
• Assists in coordinating treatment plans, ensuring that patients understand the recommended medical procedures, surgeries, or consultations.
• Provide excellent customer support to clients throughout their medical travel journey.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and provide timely updates to ensure a positive experience.

Terms of Employment: Contract with possibility of extension

Starting date: Immediate

Post level: Medior

• Degree in healthcare management, Public Health, Healthcare marketing, or related field.
• At least three years proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical tourism industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of medical procedures, treatments, and healthcare systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
