Job Description

Our company is currently seeking energetic self-motivated and able to work under stress qualified and competent applicant for the following position.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Conduct door-to-door sales to promote our products, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Approach, persuade and negotiate with potential clients and secure sales for companys products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Responsible for cultivating, securing and maintaining new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed of new industry trends, competitor offerings & market demands to provide valuable insights.
  • Request & provide price quotes for current and prospective clients.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of purchased products to clients on the agreed upon time, date and location.
  • Proactively identify clients concerns about the product and effectively address it.
  • Conduct follow-up work on customers and collect after sales customer feedback and report to line manager.
  • Expected to achieve individual, team, and company sales target & goals.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports & submit to the immediate line manager.

Req. No:-4 (Four)

Salary: -Monthly salary plus sales commission, offering a competitive and rewarding compensation package.

Place of work: -Addis Ababa

Job Requirements

Qualification: -

  • BA degree in marketing management, chemical engineering, or related fields.

Experience: -

  • A Minimum of 2 Years sales experience in the chemical industry.
  • Proven record on door-to-door sales experience, in the chemical industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey our product values and benefits.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently managing the designated sales territory.
  • Familiarity with industry and the products (ceramic joint fillers, adhesives, water proofing products) is very essential.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment Compensation
