High-level Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Manage relationships with financial institutions and external auditors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is favorable.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
