High-level Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide strategic leadership to operational departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a senior operations role in the financial and e-payment industry.
• Proven expertise in optimizing operational efficiency and implementing process improvements.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
