Sales/Marketing

• Plan warehouses and distribution centers for efficiency in both operations and capacity
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and vendors;
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities;
• Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle;
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers;
• Provide support to the Sales Department in servicing clients as required
• Sales and Marketing Work: Responsible for sales in the Ethiopian daily ceramic and sanitary ware and painting market. Collect and organize market data. Conduct market research and analysis to support the development of marketing strategies and plans. Communicate with customers, provide product and service information, and handle complaints.
• Process sales orders, confirm order details, and maintain cooperative relationships with clients.
• Sales Activity Support: Assist in organizing and executing sales activities, exhibitions, or promotional events, including activity planning, material preparation, and on-site support.
• To maintain good relationships with customers.

• B.A in Marketing, business administration, or MBA from a well-recognized university or college.

• Strong ability to perform well with deadlines;
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Office computer software experience
• Strong planning and analysis skills;

Working experience:

• 2+ years experience in ceramics products is an advantage or related fields.
