Responsible for playing a crucial role in coordinating various offline marketing initiatives,

ensuring brand consistency, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing

efforts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns, including

print materials, direct mail, outdoor advertising, and events.

Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.

Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create print advertising

materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.

Ensure that all print collateral adheres to brand guidelines.

Support the execution of direct mail campaigns, including list segmentation,

content development, and tracking responses.

Monitor and report on the performance of direct mail initiatives.

Assist in the coordination of marketing efforts for events, trade shows, and

exhibitions.

Help with event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

Assist in the management of outdoor advertising campaigns, such as billboards

and transit ads.

Monitor the placement and effectiveness of outdoor advertising efforts.

Conduct market research and gather data on traditional marketing campaigns

and competitors.

Assist in analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for

improvement.

Work closely with the Traditional Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams

to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Help maintain brand consistency across all traditional marketing materials and

channels.

Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing activities.

Assist in monitoring and tracking the budget for offline marketing activities.

Ensure that campaigns are within allocated budget limits.
