Program Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor /Masters of Arts Degree in Project Management, public administration, Business Administration, Economics, International Development, Sociology, Management, Social work and Statistics

Required experience

• 4 years for M.A. and 6 years for B.A. Degree in program manager, project coordinator, project officer, project team leader and other related positions
• Work experience certificate written before more than 6 months is not acceptable

Required skill

• Managing international cooperation programs desired
• Designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages.
• Good knowledge of programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation techniques and practices.
• Good English written and oral skills required.
