Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Department Manager:
- Plans, organizes, directs and coordinates the operations of the general accounts division.
- Oversees the general accounting functions with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting.
- Prepares reports for the company leadership, and develops standards and processes for proper financial management.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Manages, organizes and coordinates the daily operations including but not limited to accounts payables and receivables, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll accounts, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, and reconciliations.
- Collaborates with various internal and external units in the execution of the financial functions.
- Monitors and analyzes accounting data and produces quarterly and annual financial reports and delivers to the appropriate authority.
- Handles the companys financial transactions and debts and prepares cash flow forecasts.
- Establishes and maintains fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Maintains relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure that all financial needs are met.

Qualification Requirements:
Education
Experience:
- 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and have passed through senior accounting position in business organizations.
Skills:
- Computer skills with proficiency in the use of financial software.
