Production Manager

GRACE CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS looking for Production Manager Who will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of the factory. Ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, meeting quality standards and production targets. The Production Manager manages a team of production workers and coordinates with other departments to ensure the seamless operation of the production facility.

Job Description

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards through regular quality checks and adherence to quality control procedures.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient raw materials and finished goods are available to meet production needs.
• Supervise and motivate production staff, ensuring they are trained, competent, and working safely.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure they are within budgetary limits.
• Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Perform other job-related duties as required by the company

Qualification :

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Work Experience

• 4 years Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Construction chemical industry.

Required skill :

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills. Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as production demands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
