TITLE: Communications Associate
PROGRAM: USAID/Ethiopia Lowlands Health Activity (USAID/E LHA)
REPORTS TO: Chief of Party (COP)
DUTY STATION: Addis Ababa

BACKGROUND
EngenderHealth is seeking qualified candidates for a Communication Associate position for the USAID/ Lowlands Health Activity (LHA) in Ethiopia. The LHA focuses on improving health and nutrition outcomes in the pastoral geographies of Ethiopia, through increased access and utilization of quality reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent & youth health and nutrition (RMNCAH-N) services.
JOB SUMMARY
The Communication Associate will provide communication support to the Lowlands Health Activity. The Communication Associate will implement the Activitys day-to-day communication strategy, which will include developing project material, newsletters, media content and enhancing promotional efforts as needed. The Associate will also be responsible for supporting meetings, planning, and coordinating.
