Digital Product Manager (System and Application Management)

Role Overview:

The Digital Product Manager will serve as the key overseer of our multiple digital platforms, including a website, mobile application, and any associated systems. While not directly responsible for initial development, he/she will ensure that all digital assets are running smoothly, updated regularly, and aligned with our business goals. he/shewill act as our company's operational needs and the technical teams for ongoing maintenance and updates.

Responsibilities:

• System Management: Oversee the operational performance of the website, mobile application, and related systems. Ensure platforms are up-to-date, secure, and functioning efficiently.
• Content Updates: Coordinate with content creators to update the website and app content as needed, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflects our offerings.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform basic maintenance tasks and troubleshoot any issues that arise with the digital products. Coordinate with development vendors for more complex issues.
• User Support: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external users experiencing issues with the digital products. Implement solutions to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor platform analytics to gauge performance and user engagement. Provide regular reports to senior management with insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Project Management: Manage projects for new features or updates to the digital products. This includes setting timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Vendor Liaison: Act as the liaison between your company and any external vendors or developers for ongoing development needs or technical support.
