About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Volunteer to spearhead our promotional efforts across a diverse range of services and platforms. This role is integral to enhancing our visibility and engagement with potential clients through strategic marketing, social media campaigns, and direct outreach. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in branding and positioning our unique offerings, including:

Inventory Management Systems:Promote cutting-edge solutions designed to optimize organizational efficiency.

Employability and Talent Acquisition Services:Market our services aimed at bridging the gap between talent and opportunity in the workforce.

Entrepreneurial Services and Products:Drive awareness and adoption of our resources designed to support budding and established entrepreneurs.

Mentorship and Training Programs:Highlight our comprehensive training offerings in quality improvement, proposal writing, medico-legal issues, burnout management, and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC).

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media and Digital Marketing:Craft and execute compelling social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.

Client Outreach:Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, establishing and nurturing key relationships.

Presentations and Branding:Develop and deliver persuasive presentations that effectively communicate the value and uniqueness of our products and services.

Product and Service Promotion:Utilize creative and strategic approaches to promote our diverse portfolio to a wide audience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or in related fields.
• Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• A solid understanding of market dynamics and customer engagement strategies.
• Passion for innovation in the fields of employability, software, entrepreneurship, and professional development.

Roles and responsibilities

The Marketing Volunteer is responsible for enhancing the visibility and engagement of our diverse range of services and products through effective marketing strategies. This role encompasses:

Strategic Promotion:Execute targeted marketing campaigns across social media and other digital platforms to elevate our brand and offerings.

Client Engagement:Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients, fostering relationships that promote our services and products.

Content Creation:Develop compelling marketing materials and presentations that accurately represent and promote our inventory management systems, employability services, entrepreneurial products, and mentorship programs.

Market Research:Conduct market analysis to inform our strategies, ensuring our promotions are relevant and impactful.

3 months with a possibility of promotion to fulltime.
