HELPAGE ETHIOPIA

Background

HelpAge International is a global network of organisations working towards a fairer world for older people so they can live safe, healthy, and dignified lives. In addition to working with more than 170 network members in 91 countries, HelpAge operates country programme offices in 13 countries across Asia, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe. In line with our organisational commitment to the Charter for Change, a key element of the HelpAge International Global Strategy 2030 is to transition our country programmes to be locally led and managed by 2024/25. To this end, HelpAge International is supporting its countries programmes and offices to shift to the preferred locally led development options. After thoughtful consultation with all stakeholders, the Ethiopian country office decided to nationalize the country office and register as HelpAge Ethiopia.

Accordingly, the country office is inviting eligible bidders to submit proposals for a user-friendly cloud Accounting Software (Sun systems / QuickBooks).

Number of users will be five.

Scope of Work

The scope of work includes the following:

Accounting Software installation

Wanted a licensed accounting software to be installed and emphasized that your experts will assess service based on the companys nature and requirement.

Training

Provide training for HelpAge Ethiopia Finance staff on how to use the Accounting Software and other important aspects.

Maintenance and Support

Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Accounting Software

Bid Submission Process

Interested bidders should submit the following documents:

Technical Proposal:

Company profile and experience.
Proposed approach to the project.
Team composition and qualifications.

Financial Proposal

Detailed breakdown of costs for all aspects of the project.
Payment terms.

Job Requirements

Qualifications / Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Be a legally registered company in Ethiopia.
Have at least three years of experience in assisting Accounting Software.
Have a team with relevant skills and experience in Accounting Software and content management systems.
Provide references from previous clients for similar projects.
