Job summary:
Customer Service Officer is responsible to act as the face of a company and directly work with customers to answer their questions or provide additional support where needed. The Officer is also responsible for answering customers questions through a variety of means such as in person, email, or phone calls, online chats & then redirect them to the appropriate Office or department. The Officer is expected to ensure excellent office service standards, efficient response to customer inquiries and maintain high level customer satisfaction.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Greets and welcome guests and visitors as soon as they arrive at the office;
- Acts as representative of the company by providing product/ services or any other information as per communication policies and procedures;
- Provides accurate, valid and complete information to customers by using the right methods or tools;
- Answering patiently customers questions through in person/phone calls/ email then redirect them to the appropriate department or Person;
- Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follows up to ensure resolution in cooperation with concerned managers or employees;
- Identifies and assesses customers needs and build sustainable relationships and trust with them through open and interactive communication;
- Organize and keep detailed customer records for updating customer records after each interaction with that customer;
- Organize s and makes arrangements for appointments and meetings;
- Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the customer desk (visitors badges);
- Provides proactive customer response though collecting and analyzing customer feedback or opinion by sharing the same to the management when required;
- Tries to acquire knowledge of the companys products or services, policies and customers management processes to improve handling customer service requests and inquiries ;
- Maintains personal and customer desk cleaning and its convertibility;
- Prepares periodic reports (daily, weekly & motherly) and submit to Immediate supervisor;
- Performs other similar activities as assigned by concerned body;

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Secretary Science and Office Management/Marketing or related fields with a minimum of 5 years work experience out of which 3 years must be in similar position in real estate sector or construction.
