Dugda Construction Plc is BC/SC-1 Construction Company that is engaged in the Building Construction, Special Foundation & Supplier Ready Mix Concrete. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below.

Main Responsibility & Duties

• Collects, compiles and analyzes market data and information on a regular basis.
• Identifies, analyzes and exploits marketing opportunities to fulfill the companys mission and objectives.
• Segments and select target markets develop marketing strategy and designs supporting marketing management systems for planning and controlling information.
• Assesses the quantity, quality, price, and delivery mechanisms of the company and recommends solution to enhance product competitiveness.
• Maintains formal and well organized recording system and documentation on market research activities under taken.
• Preparing of regular reports and maintains data and records.
• Develop agent list for each product and evaluate performance every month.
• Develop marketing strategies suitable for the company.
• To see through that the marketing strategies are being implemented.
• Monitor over all the sales of the company.
• Update the strategy according to the market and changes in the construction industry.
• Ensure the companys market share is growing continuously.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction during delivery.
• Collect Customer Feedback, analysis and propose the way to improve Services Quality.
• Respond Customer Call and Reply Customer inquire on timely.

Educational Qualification: -

• MBA/BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management and Related Field of study.

Work Experiences: -

• 8/10 years and above which at 2/3 (two/three) years Similar Position

Technical Competency

• Strong knowledge Of Ready Mix Concrete Sales
• Coordination, listening, communication and comprehension skills
• Basic Managerial and Communication Skill
