Project Coordinator

Integrated Family Service Organization (IFSO) is a Non-profit local Civil Society Organization working in support of Children, Girls, destitute Women and Families including Communities. IFSO is currently looking for a competent project Coordinator who is, in general, responsible for planning, organizing, and provides overall guide and coordination for the implementation of the project. In consultation with the Program Manager and with the project staff, she/he develops annual implementation plans and budget; allocates appropriate resources to accomplish the plan, manage shelters, participate in proposal development, track project progress, prepare reports, and so on.

Sex: Female/ Male

Terms of Employments: One year contract with the possibility of extension.

Qualification:

• B.A/M.A Degree from a recognized University in Psychology/Sociology/Social work and related disciplines.

Experience:

• 3 years and above related work experience for B.A Degree or 2 years for M.A.

Required Skills:

• Project Cycle Management, Supervision;
• Concept note development and preparing project proposals,
• Standard office software packages and good command of English language;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to interact and work effectively with project team and others at all levels.
• Flexibility, negotiation, problem-solving and capacity building;
