Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Marketing and Sales Division Head:
- Sells the companys products to overseas buyers.
- Presents the companys products to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, business forums and platforms.
- Analyzes market dynamics and customers need to offer solutions and integrate the companys products.
- Follow up the delivery of orders with the warehouse, operations teams, shipping agencies and forwarders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements the market development plan for the products for the defined regions.
- Communicates with external potential customers and clients to support and grow sales volume.
- Provides leadership and guidance to customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments.
- Work with international brokers who attend international trade shows and meetings.
- Investigates new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers.
- Negotiates and monitors export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and look to find winning solutions.
- Keeps knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labeling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed.

Qualification Requirements:
Education:
- BA degree in Marketing or Business Management
Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience in export works and sales works in business organizations
