Alvima Foods Complex PLC invites applicants who fulfill the following qualification and experience requirements to apply for the following vacant position.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Role

• Report any non-conformance problems after having observed the organizations product handling and storage.
• Perform regular routine food safety audits and submit to immediate supervisor.
• Review the organizations food safety management system related records and documents periodically.
• Work as custodian to keep food safety management system related documents.
• Assist an external management system auditor upon conducting audit.
• Follow up the implementation of corrective action plan of non-conformity.
• Follow up and ensure that departments are complying the company management system procedures and policies in a daily business operations.
• Provide food safety and related training for process staffs and department head as appropriate.
• Work in collaboration with the management team to identify continuous improvement projectsbased onthe short-term and long-term strategic plan;
• Recommend and implement measures to increase the efficiency and quality of equipment and processes;
• Identify opportunities to reduce non-value added work in a cost-control manner;
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects throughout the company and support localized projects within each department;
• Implement performance indicators and monitor productivity and cost performance measures;
• Perform any other activities given by immediate supervisor

Employment Condition: - Permanent Subject to probation period assessment result.

Educational Background:

• BSC Degree in Food Technology and Process Engineering or Applied Chemistry or any other related professions.

Experience:

• One year experience in the area.
