Job Summary

• Performance & Total Reward Officer is responsible for assisting in designing effective employee performance management processes to set clear expectations, provide feedback, foster employee development, recognize and reward employee contributions. In addition, the role holder is responsible designing reward programs, and ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices that align with the Banks strategy and banking industry benchmarks.

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or related discipline from a reputable university.

Experience

• Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience
