Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating training programs for our organization. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The Training Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive effective and impactful training to enhance their skills and performance to start business.

• Collaborate with front office receptionist, customer service agent and technical experts to identify training needs and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, using various instructional methods.

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions both class and one to one session, ensuring availability of trainers, participants, and training facilities.

• Evaluate training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness.

• Monitor and track training attendance, completion, and feedback to assess the impact of training initiatives.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.

• Provide guidance and support to trainees regarding training opportunities and career development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
