Job Description

Bilos Pastry PLC is the branding establishment of pastry specialization hub that is leading the market demand of cake and other pastry variety product in the city expanding its branches. Hence, the company is looking for very passionate, energetic and young human power for the following positions.

The role of the Deputy Human Resources Manager includes but is not limited to:

  • Staff Recruitment and Selection: review and implement best practices in conjunction with the HR Manager to meet the immediate and future staffing requirements of the organisation.
  • Develop good Employee Relations/Industrial Relations practices to support the HR function and the Manager and continue to develop open communication processes with trade union/staff representatives
  • Support Performance Management development for staff, and identify the requirements needed to ensure the organisation can deliver a high quality service to staff, patients and residents.
  • Review in conjunction with the HR Manager the Standard Operating Procedures for the efficient and effective administration of the Human Resources Department.
  • Manage the HRIS to meet the needs of the Organisation.
  • Attend, as required, working groups and committees of the organisation as required.

The post holder is responsible for their continuous professional and personal self- development.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification. CIPD qualified
  • Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience with 3 years supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience in the conduct of IR/ER at management level particularly in the private Sector environment
  • Demonstrable experience in recruitment, HRIS and creating of policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with the application of employment law in the workplace.
