The organization is currently seeking a qualified candidate and experienced Capacity Building Expert/Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
The position involves developing and implementing capacity-building strategies, conducting training needs assessments, planning and overseeing training programs, monitoring effectiveness, providing coaching and mentorship, collaborating with external trainers, and staying updated on best practices in capacity building and organizational development. This role also involves enhancing the skills of our organization's staff and partners through innovative initiatives aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in capacity building, training, and organizational development, with excellent collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement capacity-building strategies and initiatives in collaboration with SEED project staffs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps of selected TVTs and develop relevant training programs.
- Plan and oversee the delivery of training programs for staff members and partners, both in person and online.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of capacity-building initiatives, utilizing feedback and data to continuously improve program outcomes.
- Provide individual coaching and mentorship to staff members, supporting their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with external trainers and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs as per SEED project plan.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in capacity building and organizational development.

Qualification
- BA/BSc or MSc/MA Project Management, human resources, Development studies, Sociology or other related fields.
Required Experience
- 6 years for BA/Bsc and 4 years for Msc/MA

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop relevant training programs.

As a Capacity Building Expert/Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing the abilities and skills of our organization's staff members and partners. He/She will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative capacity-building initiatives that align with the SEED project strategic goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in capacity building, training, and organizational development, and will be able to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
