Electro Mechanical Technician

Role & Responsibilities

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical and electrical schematics, and other specifications to determine the repair method on failed components
• Replace or repair defective components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment
• Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment using hand or power tools
• Read, interpret and follow work instructions, SOPs, blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
• Observes all company safety rules and regulations when performing work
• Sets up and operates drill press, grinders, welders, mills, lathes and other metal working tools to fabricate and repair parts
• Ability to work safely in a dynamic, fast paced environment

Education and Qualification

• MSc/BSc in Hydraulic Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 Years experience
• Attention to detail
• The candidate must be specialized or involved in Electromechanical features in relation to landscaping works specifically sanitary (fountain development) and roadside electrical lighting and monitoring systems
