General Service Personnel

Role & Responsibilities

• Operates various items of light and/or heavy equipment as appropriate for routine site maintenance, removal, and/or repair activities
• Maintains various supplies as appropriate to the needs of the unit
• Maintains cleanliness and serviceability of facilities, plant, grounds, and/or equipment as assigned.
• Performs various general office support as assigned
• May perform routine, minor maintenance, installation, and repair of physical plant and equipment for the unit as appropriate to the position; may assist with and/or coordinate larger on-site maintenance/repair projects as required.
• Strong mechanical skills, since he/she may be frequently required to operate and maintain equipment, such as jackhammers
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills that enable him/her to work cooperatively and effectively with other construction workers and laborers

Education and Qualification

• MSc/BSc in Public Administration/Automotive Technology/Mechanical Engineering /Business Management
• 3-5 Years experience
• Attention to detail
• The candidate must be worked as a general service personnel on construction companies preferably in road and landscape section
