Ethiopian Center for Development (ECD) for its projects implementation currently seeks qualified candidate for Project Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Officer position based in Addis Ababa. SUMMARY

The Planning Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E) Officer is responsible for the overall participatory planning, appraisal, monitoring and evaluation of ECD activities. S/He develops short and JOB long-term plans, monitor and evaluate activities, assess impact and prepare timely reports.

• BSc/BA degree in Education, Planning & Management, Economics, Statistics or other related fields.
• Knowledge of statistical software (advantageous).

• 6/8 years of relevant experience.

• Highly organized, attention to detail and analytical skill;
• Computer skill;
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skill;
