Position Overview:

The Status of the Employee is Legal Expert at the company. He/She will provide service mainly remotely, but when a need arise to come to office, he/she will come. The CEO or any relevant heads of the Company can at any time send any assignment to him/her to deliver. He/She is directly accountable to the CEO and works under the supervision of the CEO of the Company. He/She will prepare a written summary update of activities and progress every month to be submitted to the CEO.

Roles and Responsibilities: The roles and responsibilities are subject to change based on periodic management reviews.

Advise the Company to perform its job in line with relevant laws, policies and strategies of the Country,

Review Memorandum of Understanding/MOU/ to be signed between the Company and other Governmental Office, Financial institutions and other relevant entities,

Prepare/review agreements to be signed by the company and other entities,

Prepare/review contracts of employee to be signed by the heads and employees of the Company,

Prepare/review NDA to be signed by the heads and employees of the company and other partners

Review and Re-draft Memorandum of understandings, Agreements and NDAs prepared by other partners,

Prepare legal briefs, arguments, evidence and present to senior management when requested.

Conduct Training on legal issues to the employees and heads of the Company,

Attend meetings and workshops by representing the Company,

Prepare cyber security policies of the Company,

Prepare Code of conduct of the heads and employees of the Company,

Represent the company at courts

Time period

The Consultant is hired for a year with the possibility of extension of the contract. The salary is to be negotiated and subject to government tax.

Proven work experience as a lawyer/ legal Advisor

Good knowledge of the country laws

Good knowledge the business sector

Fast learner with and passion

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Training skill

University degree in law
