Job Description
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day tasks, contributing to marketing campaigns, and helping the team achieve its goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media and PPC campaigns
- Providing administrative support for the marketing team, such as maintaining marketing data bases, preparing and editing various documents, preparing correspondence materials, etc.
- Conducting market research and compiling and analyzing data from questionnaires and other forms of customer/client feedback
- Using analytics tools to gather data about social media campaigns, web analytics, ranking, etc., to support internal reports/presentations/new projects
- Analyzing compiled data and reporting valuable insights to senior team members
- Keeping track of market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Tracking competitors advertising and marketplace activities to help develop better marketing strategies
- Updating our social media accounts and updating social media calendars
- Responding to clients inquiries efficiently and serving as the first point of contact for new clients
- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
- Support the marketing manager in overseeing the departments operations
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
- See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Job Requirements
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with good proofreading skills.
- A basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation is a plus
