Rubis Energy Ethiopia Ltd PLC (formerly Kobil Ethiopia Ltd PLC) wants to recruit for the following vacant position.
JOB PURPOSE:The purpose of this job is to grow and exceed the sales volumesof various products for the Commercial & Industrial segments in line with the company strategies and goals.
MAJOR DUTIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE: -
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.
- Managing TAR as per the company credit policy and procedure
- End to end tracking of commercial customers orders from receipt to delivery by close coordination with operations team.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote the companys services.
- Follow up on various bidding process and prospect new customer.
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
- Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
- Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
- Monitor and assess activities of competitors to proactively satisfy and retain clients.
- Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
- Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Monitor the proper implementation of product branding and communication strategies and programs.
Reports to: Retail and C & I Manager
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields with minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience, of which a minimum of 2 years in driving sales.
- Relevant or related industry experience in handling Key Accounts is a must.
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Driving license
- A valid driving license and driving experience is required for this position.
