Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR and Admin Manager to oversee our human resources and administrative functions effectively.
Detail Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the thermal paper and socks manufacturing company.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees for various roles within the organization.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the manufacturing industry, updating policies and procedures as needed.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and address employee inquiries related to benefits and HR policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs tailored to enhance employee skills and knowledge in the manufacturing sector.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management on key HR metrics and trends.
- Supervise the administrative team, overseeing office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement activities.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies and services essential for manufacturing operations.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to manufacturing employees.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with experience overseeing HR and administrative functions in a manufacturing company.
- Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office applications, with the ability to utilize technology to streamline HR and administrative processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, essential for managing HR and administrative tasks efficiently in a manufacturing company.
