Key Responsibilities:

• Support Procurement Processes:Assist in the sourcing and procurement of materials by helping to identify potential suppliers, preparing documentation for negotiations, and leveraging technology to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Inventory Management:Support inventory management processes by helping to monitor inventory levels, contributing to forecasting efforts, and utilizing inventory management software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Logistics Coordination:Aid in managing logistics operations, including the coordination of transportation and distribution activities. Support the use of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Cost Management Assistance:Help analyze supply chain costs, identifying opportunities for savings across various stages of the supply chain. Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
• Supplier Relations Support:Assist in managing supplier relationships by participating in meetings, monitoring supplier performance, and contributing to the negotiations for better terms and conditions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize supply chain management software to collect and analyze data. Support the generation of reports on supply chain performance and identification of areas for improvement.
• Professional Development:Engage in professional development opportunities including workshops, certifications, and industry conferences to stay informed of the latest supply chain trends and technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role. Recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
