Operators for Injection Molding

Job responsibilities:proficient in operating injection molding machines and blow molding machines; skilled in changing molds.

• Responsible for mold testing and replacement processes of blow molding equipment (including PP/PE/PET/PETG, etc.), able to independently handle production status and track to ensure stable production.
• Responsible for improving daily work, analyzing and resolving quality production issues in the department, and assisting in improvement.
• Participate in the trial production of new products and the technical renovation projects of the department.
• Familiarize yourself with the working principle of the bottle blowing machine and familiarize yourself with the mechanism and characteristics of the bottle blowing mold.
• Understand the bottle blowing process (extrusion blowing, injection blowing) and its abnormal handling, and be familiar with the characteristics of common plastic raw materials.
• Experience in injection molding is preferred.
• Obey superior management arrangements, be able to work hard, and adapt to night shifts.
• A strong sense of responsibility and dedication are required.
