Office Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing 3d modeling with engineering soft like ETABS, SAP and Archi CAD.

• Preparing cost breakdown, specification and BOQ.

• Strong technical Knowledge for Designing and preparing all architectural, structural and sanitary drawings with the aid of Auto Cade.

• Able to use Architectural rendering software like Lumion and Photoshop for preparation of interior design and other related work.

• Able to Supervise the construction work progress by ensuring that the works are executed in strict conformity with the contract documents.

• Check and review payment certificate.
• Preparing construction working schedule, and report work progress periodically.
• Daily Followup work progress by planning the day to day Activity, and in making effective pressure on the Accomplishment of the planned Activities on time.
• Preparing Monthly and Annual Action Plan.
• Specifying and deciding the mitigation required to compensate the design problems encountered in satisfying the demand interest.
• Preparing working drawings and tracking the progresses of the project.

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer.
• Experience: a minimum of 3 years of experience.
