Job duties

• Responsible for all accounting work in the company including
• Preparation of financial document for all transactions in accordance with relative accounting framework
• Recording of all transactions with the necessary accounting software
• Analyzing the financial documents for adequacy and sufficiency of evidence.
• Complying with all company, tax, accounting, and financial regulations.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Presenting financial data with supporting evidence to managers, auditors, and other concerned parties.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Facilitating external and tax audits and resolving discrepancies
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting to managers.
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Maintaining share register with detail follow-up and documentation.

Reports to: -General Manager.

• BA Degree in Accounting from recognized university or college work experience.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience and above work experience as an accountant.

• Knowledge of Accounting Practice
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft office
• Knowledge of General Business Practices and taxes
• Ability to Analyze Data

• Written and Verbal Communication Skills
