JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales and Marketing Manager at Kubik will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, diversifying client types, managing marketing strategies, monitoring sales competitiveness, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strategic thinking, innovative approaches, and strong leadership to effectively expand Kubik's market presence and maximize revenue potential. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and optimizing operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engaging with the Engineering Community:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the engineering community in the real estate sector.

  • Actively participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to network and engage with key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical aspects of our products and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

Handling Pre-Sales Activities:

  • Work closely with the engineering team to handle all pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical consultations, and solution presentations.

  • Assist in creating customized proposals, specifications, and project plans based on client requirements and engineering inputs.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution and delivery of pre-sales services.

Digital and Physical Marketing:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that encompass both digital and physical channels to target the real estate community effectively.

  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

  • Plan and organize physical marketing events such as workshops, product showcases, and networking sessions to promote our products and services.

Sales Strategy and Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market reach within the real estate industry.

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the engineering and real estate sectors to increase sales volume and market share.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance competitiveness.

Operational Excellence:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing teams to optimize performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Implement effective tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor sales metrics, measure campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.


Job Requirements

COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.

  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in engaging with the engineering community and conducting pre-sales activities in the real estate sector.


EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years professional experience
