Position Summary: We are seeking a visionary and highly creative Graphic Designer to lead our design and branding efforts. The role will focus on content packaging and overall content marketing and design, ensuring that our multimedia content is presented attractively, as well as maintaining the overall brand standards and brand experience to captivate our clients and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Packaging: Lead the design and packaging of multimedia content, ensuring that it is visually compelling and aligns with the intended audience.
• Design Excellence: Maintain high design standards, driving innovation and creativity in content presentation, graphics, and visual elements.
• Brand Development: Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the D!NK brand identity, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience.
• Brand Experience: Create a seamless and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing materials, and events.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with content production, marketing, and technology teams to ensure alignment of creative outputs with overall business goals.
• User-Centered Design: Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring that our multimedia experiences are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Creative Strategy: Develop and execute a creative strategy that enhances the brands visual identity and sets it apart in the industry.
• Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design role, with a focus on multimedia content packaging and brand design.
• Exceptional design and creative abilities, with a portfolio showcasing innovative content packaging and branding projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
