Overview
Anega Energies Manufacturing is a leading social enterprise based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We design, manufacture, and distribute Energy saving products modern charcoal stoves, electric stoves and pellet stoves to improve the health and livelihoods of Ethiopians while protecting our environment. Our innovative products reduce fuel consumption, minimize smoke emissions, and promote sustainable use of natural resources.
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving sales of our clean cookstoves ( electric, pellet and charcoal) and fuel pellets, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and expanding brand awareness across Ethiopia.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Manage and grow a network of distributors and retail partners.
- Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential customers
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media content).
- Manage and analyze marketing campaigns to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and community outreach events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Attaining the specified sales target using any available and feasible means.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for social enterprise and environmental sustainability
- Fluency in Amharic and English (written and spoken)
